The places I’ve been, the experiences I’ve had, and the people I’ve met have all shaped my perspective, influencing how I move through life and how I navigate the world of real estate, where adaptability, insight, literacy, and keen creativity make all the difference.

Saratoga, California was a fascinating place to grow up. Silicon Valley was evolving at a relentless pace, with mass innovation happening in real-time all around me. That energy inspired me. My mother was a fierce presence in the local real estate industry. I watched deals come together, saw the nuance in negotiations, and understood early on that real estate was far more than just transactions—it was about creating value. I learned early that home design, function, architecture, and maintenance make for a living atmosphere that can enhance lives.

That idea took hold when I started working in residential construction during high school, learning the intricacies of materials, design, and project management. By 18, I had established my own company dedicated to preparing homes for the market, partnering with top-tier agents and a discerning clientele to elevate properties in value, function, and vibe. This work sharpened my ability to assess, refine, and enhance—a skill set that continues to define my aesthetic today.

At Loyola Marymount University, I studied media and advertising while simultaneously expanding my network within the real estate community. Through hands-on work with properties and cultivating relationships with agents and investors, I gained invaluable knowledge and experience in home sales and market positioning. Developing a sharp instinct for maximizing a property's appeal and potential. In many ways, real estate for me is a lifelong vocation, blending the many facets of my life thus far into a deeper understanding of homes, as both financial assets and personal sanctuaries.

Years of world travel has further refined that perspective. I’ve spent months immersed in the artistic culture of Bali, surfed the outer reefs of the Fijian atolls, skied the peaks of the Wasatch Range, and traversed the Burmese border by motorcycle. Indonesia, in particular, left a lasting impression, as I spent months at a time in a culture where creating beauty isn’t an afterthought, but a way of life. Applying that ethos to real estate, I’m driven to beautify the homes and spaces I touch, creating well-presented properties that provide rich experiences for all to feel and enjoy.

I’m an armchair ethnomusicologist, a dedicated concertgoer, and a lover of creative expression. I love diving into rock and roll history and consider myself a professional audience. Whether it’s the symphony, rock, bluegrass, jam bands, or something uniquely more avant-garde, supporting the arts in all forms is really important to me. I’m a lifelong  world-traveled surfer, skier, Master's swimmer, dog lover, informavore, and lover of plants. I strive to enjoy a work-life balance, creativity, and unique cultural experiences.

This amalgamation of experiences has gifted me the ability to genuinely connect with people from all walks of life. I love getting to know the people I work with, whether we’ve teamed up before or it’s our first time connecting. I approach relationships with a natural curiosity—always eager to learn, understand, and see where the conversation takes us. Real estate is just as much about people as it is about properties, and building genuine connections is what makes my work meaningful and exciting.

My passion for Art in life has helped me develop a discerning eye for design, a deep reverence for craftsmanship, and an intuitive understanding of how a space's form and function shape human experience. Whether enhancing a home’s architecture, elevating its presentation, or guiding clients through pivotal decision-making, my focus is always on adding value. I prioritize strategic planning and results for clients, valuing thoughtful, innovative execution rather than just another deal. By blending a client's vision with knowledge and resources, I aim to transform spaces and elevate experiences that leave a lasting impact.

Real estate is a mix of strategy, creativity, and knowing how to get things done. Whether I’m helping sellers position their homes for the strongest return, guiding buyers toward the right investment, or managing the countless moving parts of a transaction, I bring four decades of hands-on experience and invaluable resources to the table. With my background in construction, facilities management, and residential sales, I know how homes function, what adds value, and how to prepare them for the highest market price.

My work goes beyond transactions. I thrive on beautifying homes and creating real impact for my clients. Sellers often put their trust in me to oversee the details that elevate their home from design and landscaping to staging and marketing. Buyers rely on me not just to find them a house at best price, but to help them understand the neighborhoods, see potential upside, make smart investment choices, and improve spaces they love to be in.

Are you looking to partner with an agent who truly understands homes, can combine design insight with functional expertise, and excels at execution of the details and problem-solving? Let’s connect to explore how my dynamic experience can elevate your next real estate venture!

Sincerely,
